Every pre-activation layout worth considering, grouped by when
it runs. Built ones open in the real e-ticket at phone width; the rest are listed so
the inventory stays in one place. Any profiles shown are placeholder faces.
Batch 1 — which framing wins?
Week one, four arms, peak hours. Spans the three framing families plus a floor: does any promo beat nothing, and which direction wins? Not the four highest predicted rates — batch 1 picks the direction, not the pixel.
Batch 2 — does one thing on screen beat two?
Run these against the batch 1 winner. Each removes something competing for attention: the card retires itself, the section opens itself, or the bar is the whole offer.
Batch 3 — does it being ad-shaped cost us?
A ladder from loud to invisible: quiet card, plain system notice, nothing on top at all. Run against the winner so far.
Built, not scheduled
Viewable and ready, but not queued for a batch.

Needs live profiles
These show real profiles, so they can’t run until enough guests have opted in to fill a visit window. This is the end state, not a test arm for now.

Reference
A screen we need to get right, but not something being tested.
Rule of thumb: when the explanatory paragraph isn’t on a card
above, it moves into the E-Flirt section in place of the short line — otherwise
the offer is unexplained.
